“We have been parents at Little Flowers for the last 6 years, where our boys spent their Toddler Community to Children’s House years. It is in this incredible environment where they gained the skills to thrive as learners and where they grew into respectful, compassionate, and independent children. They built their math, language, and fine motor skills. They learned patience and perseverance as they worked, gained confidence by pushing themselves, and approached everything as a learning opportunity. We are particularly grateful for the nurturing environment that Little Flowers provided. The strong sense of community, open communication between teachers and parents, and the school's commitment to the children have made Little Flowers feel like an extended family.
Our oldest, who is currently completing first grade at Blake, an academically rigorous school, had a seamless transition to this new chapter. The solid academic foundation, coupled with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with confidence, is a testament to the excellent education he received at Little Flowers.
Our family will forever be grateful for the enriching experience Little Flowers Montessori has provided and helping our boys approach life with curiosity, independence, and integrity. We wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent seeking a nurturing and academically strong foundation for their child.”

“All three of our children went to Little Flowers, and now as adults, I can see how the foundation that they received in preschool has helped to shape their educations and even their adulthood. It’s those priceless early years in a nurturing, positive and experiential environment that lay the groundwork for a lifelong love of learning.”

“Our son started at Little Flowers Montessori before he could walk or talk, spending an amazing six years there that helped shape him into the wonderful learner he is today. From his early days in the Toddler Community to graduating from his Leadership Year in the Children’s House, he gained crucial skills for his transition to first grade. The nurturing environment and skilled guides gave him the support he needed to thrive socially and academically.
The Montessori Method at Little Flowers gave him a strong foundation of empathy and intellect, evident in every part of his life. The hands-on learning and peer interactions boosted his academic and social skills, helping him turn challenges into successes with resilience and confidence. They do a great job coaching parents along the way too. They spend so many hours with our children and truly know parts of them we don't always get to see. They manage conflicts very appropriately, in the moment, with little fanfare. They also helped identify a speech challenge for our son early on which got him up to speed for 1st grade. Little Flowers was our partner in caring for our child and now they are part of our family.
We hope they keep us in mind if they decide to offer higher grades! We're incredibly grateful for the solid start it has given him, grounded in Montessori philosophy.
As a family, we highly recommend Little Flowers Montessori to any parent looking for a compassionate, stimulating, and comprehensive educational setting that truly prepares children for life, both academically and socially. This is the place if you want your child to be intellectually curious, incredibly kind and socially pleasant. We miss the community dearly.”

“My daughter absolutely thrived at Little Flowers! She started at 18 months and completed her Kindergarten year at Little Flowers. In that time, she learned so much both academically and socially. She also learned the critical skills of self-sufficiency and resilience. Once she moved to elementary school, she was far ahead of most children academically and was able to tackle whatever challenges she faced.
She is now in middle school and enrolled in all advanced classes. She is self-motivated, confident, and able to manage her busy school schedule while participating in four different sports. I believe the foundation she built at Little Flowers has allowed her to continue to succeed in school and in life”

“Little Flowers Montessori is a gem! I came upon it many years ago through my search for an authentic Montessori education for my two children. Each spent about 4 years there, and have grown into responsible adults that I am very proud of.
If you’re looking for a place that shapes young minds to become responsible, accountable, capable adults Little Flowers Montessori is the place for your family.
The environment is nurturing, it encourages creativity and independence. The teachers are excellent and encourage curiosity and inquiry in the classroom. The classrooms are minimalist, and aesthetically pleasing. Each object you find in there is selected carefully and has a purpose which allows children to focus on the task at hand.
Besides learning the basics needed to enter kindergarten, children are taught everyday skills and how to handle simple home tools safely. The outside aspect of classroom is just as important and the beautiful and secure campus provides ample opportunity for learning and enjoying the outdoors at the same time.”

“Our daughter attended Little Flowers through kindergarten and had a wonderful experience! The teachers are amazing and truly care about the children. Our daughter learned so much during her time there and we hope our son will be able to attend when he is old enough.”

“Both of our daughters have attended Little Flowers Montessori School, one is a recent graduate and the other will be graduating this year. What we found at Little Flowers Montessori School was something not offered at other care centers or even other Montessori schools.
We found a rare balance of elements important to us as parents. We see the environment as a calming structure of discipline, as tied to the AMI. We see the teachers' support and true belief in our children's ability to both feel frustrated and also challenge themselves to grow (within guided limits). The bow frame will forever be a family reference for something 'hard' that you have to just keep trying and trying and after a few weeks of practice, perseverance and gentle support, it will be perfected for life.
We see our girls' excitement and anticipation to begin the school day each day. We see academic improvements in phonetics and math - which ultimately led to our older daughter's continued love of reading material well beyond her expected age (and her younger sister is not far behind!). We see the outcome of having a curriculum in 'care of the environment' - specifically, a spark of enthusiasm on any hands-on task at home - from sweeping, wiping, plant care, folding, raking, cooking, etc.
We feel so lucky to have found the right school for our girls which also includes a community of parents and other children we enjoy being around.”
